  • Execute the recruitment process of available positions from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment timelines are met with an on-time closure rate.
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, handling high-volume open positions at a time without compromising quality.
  • Source candidates using Teamtailor, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referral networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings with attention to hospitality skills, grooming standards, customer service orientation, and experience relevance.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and hiring status on Teamtailor.
  • Share weekly updates, including key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pass rates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and relevant Hiring Managers.
  • Align candidate profiles with operational team needs and ensure interview feedback is consolidated and actioned promptly.
  • Support managers with structured interview guides and evaluation scorecards.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback for all applicants.
  • Represent Joud Coffee’s values during all external recruitment touchpoints.
