A leading HR consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a Marketing Executive Email Campaign Specialist. This role involves planning, writing, and executing impactful email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in email marketing, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work setup. Responsibilities include managing contact lists, creating email content, and analyzing campaign performance. Qualifications

- Strong copywriting skills are essential.
- Excellent written English and attention to spelling, grammar, and formatting.

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Write persuasive and structured email copy.
- Manage and maintain contact lists in the CRM system.

The role is hands‑on with core responsibilities focused on planning, writing and executing high‑performing email campaigns using modern CRM and marketing automation tools. The right candidate has strong content instincts, detail orientation and a bias for action.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns: newsletters, announcements, onboarding flows
- Write persuasive, structured and high‑performing email copy with clear CTAs
- Review and improve email content based on performance data and best practices
- Manage and maintain contact lists, segments, tags and pipelines in a CRM system
- Build and maintain simple automations (drip sequences, autoresponders, lead nurturing flows)
- Keep CRM data accurate and follow campaign documentation and QA workflows
- Draft content for social media posts aligned with brand tone and digital campaigns
- Support other marketing tasks as needed across email, CRM and digital channels
- Learn and apply logic‑driven marketing workflows and basic campaign analytics
- Proven experience or coursework in email marketing – this is a non‑negotiable requirement
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write and critique high‑converting email content
- Clear understanding of email structure, subject lines, CTAs and user intent
- Excellent written English and attention to detail in spelling, grammar and formatting
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time and meet tight deadlines
- Exposure to or interest in automation, campaign segmentation and performance tracking
- Preferred Tools/Experience (Bonus Points)
- Experience using any of the following platforms: GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, MailerLite, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, HubSpot
- Knowledge of segmentation logic, CRM workflows or automation triggers
- Previous internships or projects in digital marketing, growth marketing or content marketing
