Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle in the OIL/GAS industry. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, a Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR or Engineering, and immediate availability. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in OIL/GAS Industry.
- Experience in CV sourcing, talent acquisition, and headhunting.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in-house or agency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment reports.
- Screen candidates' resumes prior to submission to clients.
