You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis during aircraft onloading and offloading of deadload, ensuring the highest safety standards at all times.

• Accountable for the safe loading and unloading of aircraft deadload.
• As a Team Leader, serve as the primary focal point for all team members, empowered to act proactively to ensure smooth collaboration during turnaround activities.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to at all times by yourself and your team members, maintaining a safe and secure operation.
• Promote safety across aircraft turnaround activities and influence team members to uphold the highest safety standards, ensuring hazards or incidents are identified and reported immediately.
• Encourage consistency and collaboration through clear communication at all levels, including delivering team briefings and completing relevant reports.
• Ensure all aircraft contact points are checked for damage upon arrival and departure, reporting any irregularities to the duty manager.
• Report all hazards and incidents to the management team, raising GSRs as required within corporate guidelines.

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of airline or airport experience.
• Valid UAE driving license is desirable.
