Job summary
A leading employment services provider in Dubai is seeking a Team Leader to supervise daily branch activities, coach staff, and ensure high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in the car rental or hospitality industry, with 1 year in a supervisory role. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and requires proficiency in MS Office. A competitive salary of up to 6K AED is offered based on experience.
Qualifications
- Female candidates, 30 years old and below preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the car rental, automotive, or hospitality industry.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily branch activities including vehicle check-outs and customer support.
- Lead and coach staff to ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle availability.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Supervise daily branch activities including vehicle check-outs, returns, reservations, and customer support.
- Lead, coach, and guide staff to ensure high service quality and adherence to operational standards.
- Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle availability, maintenance scheduling, and quick turnaround.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensure timely resolution, and maintain positive customer satisfaction ratings.
- Open to Indian & Filipino national, Female, 30 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- At least 3 years relevant experience in car rental, automotive, or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with car rental management systems (RMS) is an advantage.
