• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations or admin role.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the seamless integration of operational and financial activities within the company's development.

• Coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the Operations Department: for services needed for projects.
• Handle documentation and filing, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders and suppliers to follow up on tasks.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
