Job summary

A leading automotive company in the UAE is seeking a dedicated Cost Clerk for their Aftersales department. This role involves reviewing repair orders, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial integrity. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and possess strong technical knowledge and teamwork skills. Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of overall experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Honest, responsible, able to work under pressure, culturally sensitive.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate labour and parts line items in service orders and raise Proforma invoices.
  • Apply discounts in consultation with the Aftersales Manager.
  • Raise Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for sublets and follow up on payments.
