Qualifications

• 10 years of quantity surveying experience in large-scale commercial construction projects.
• UAE/regional construction experience with an understanding of local regulations.
• Preferred certification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Lead preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Implement cost control measures and review project costs regularly.
• Negotiate contracts and schedules with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities.
