Position: Property Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance of assigned properties, including financial, operational, and administrative aspects
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payment of all expenses
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and ensure quality services are provided at competitive prices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management
• Stay updated on market trends and competition to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and enhancements
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
• Manage property budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limits
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Train, supervise, and evaluate property staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential, commercial, retail, warehouses, and shopping malls (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and legal requirements
