The Division of Science at NYU Abu Dhabi is searching for accomplished faculty to conduct research and teach the next generation of global thinkers.

You are invited to apply for a tenured or tenure-track faculty position in Mathematics. Available openings are at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor ranks. As part of a major multiyear growth plan and to support the launch of a Masters program in Interdisciplinary Data Science and AI, the Mathematics Program at NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) invites applications in all areas of mathematics.

We are especially interested in candidates whose research connects to the theoretical foundations of machine learning, data science, or related fields, particularly those that align with or complement the program's existing research strengths in:

• Geometry, Topology, and Algebra: Examples include quantum topology, differential geometry, algebraic topology, and algebraic geometry.
• Probability Theory and Statistical Mechanics: Examples include high-dimensional probability, Euclidean and conformal field theory, random matrices, free probability, Markov chains, and stochastic processes.
• Analysis, PDEs, and Applications: Examples include analysis of partial differential equations, fluid dynamics, inverse problems, dynamical systems, optimal transport, spectral theory, singularity formation, and scattering.

Successful candidates are expected to teach and pursue research at NYUAD. A Ph.D. in mathematics or a related field is required.
