POSITION OBJECTIVE

The role will require deep fintech and digital landscape expertise to lead strategic marketing efforts across effective channels. Backed by top-tier agency, influencer, and digital resources, lead data-informed strategies that engage the right audience, support product growth, and maximize marketing ROI. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and enjoy working in a swiftly changing environment whilst being proactive in exploring new marketing trends and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Branding : Define and maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and campaigns.
  • Strategy Execution : Implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Event Planning : Organize and manage events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Affiliate / KOL / Influencer Marketing : Leverage existing networks, develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach and drive growth.
  • Performance Marketing : Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Social Media & Community Management : Oversee social media channels and community engagement to build a strong online presence and foster brand loyalty.
  • Analytics : Lead and implement modern tools to track key metrics, optimize based on data insights, and monitor / upgrade performance consistently

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, digital platforms or fast-growth startups.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute marketing strategies from the ground up.
  • Strong grasp of brand positioning, customer acquisition, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing external agencies, creatives, and influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in marketing / digital tools, CRM, analytics, and automation platforms; AI tool is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
