The Training Specialist for Ground Personnel is responsible for security training content development and delivery to ground personnel in line with the Group's values, regulatory requirements, international standards, and best practices. The role also includes managing trainer performance and development to ensure high standards of training delivery. Additionally, the Training Specialist promotes security awareness and security training to safeguard the Group's employees, customers, properties, assets, and brand.
