A leading manufacturer of sanitation solutions in the Middle East seeks a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, and budget control for manufacturing and installation projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with strong knowledge in cost control and prior UAE/GCC experience. This job focuses on ensuring accurate budgeting and financial decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying or estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and material take-offs.
  • Monitor and control project costs.
  • Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and reporting.
