Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event vision needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning including timelines banquet setups AV requirements menus decor and logistics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal hotel departments (Banquets Kitchen Housekeeping Front Office etc.)
  • Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs) floor plans and function summaries.
  • Assist with on-site event management to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experience.
  • Support the sales team with event proposals quotations and follow-ups.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in event planning or coordination in a luxury hotel event venue or hospitality setting.
  • Experience handling weddings corporate events or high-profile gatherings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset for crafting memorable guest experiences
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Highly professional well-groomed and guest-focused
