Job summary
An international recruitment agency in Sharjah is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a Bachelor's degree in HR or similar. Candidates must have over 7 years of HR experience, particularly in a Free Zone, and be of East European nationality residing in the UAE. The role involves managing recruitment, employee training, visa processing, and implement HR policies. The position offers a competitive package of around 15,000 AED per month, with a work schedule of five days a week plus two Saturdays.
