•Lead and manage M&A transactions, including due diligenceprocesses, negotiationsand integration.

•Maintain and develop strong client relationships.

•Acting as a trusted advisor on M&A execution.

Requirements:

•Must have UAE experience

•Fluent Bilingual Arabic/English - reading, writing and speaking

•Minimum 4 years of experienceinM&A, and with a proven track record of successful deal execution.

•Excellent communication skills.

•LLB or LLM from a reputable university

•Qualified bilingual lawyer based in the UAE
