Your Role

As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for providing solutions on iScala ERP for customer issues and requirements, including development, testing, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem definition and discovery of the overall solution, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. Manage functional and technical customizations across different countries. Handle incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to support tasks and improve processes. Work closely with third-party internal and external teams to resolve system bugs and infrastructure issues. Lead and train team members. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs.
• Manage functional and technical customizations in different countries.
• Provide technical support for new developments outside of the support model (small and large projects).
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party teams for system bugs and infrastructure issues.
• Provide technical solutions for business challenges.
• Experience in database administration and performance tuning.
• Ensure application availability 24/7.
• Lead and train team members.

Minimum Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with Epicor Service Connect, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, MS Reports, Expense Reports.
• Experience working on integrations and knowledge of ServiceMax.
• Server administration and support experience.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience.
• University degree completed.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Communication skills across various stakeholder levels.
• VBA experience.
• Knowledge of other ERP systems.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
