You’ll bring a consultative, B2B sales approach and a passion for building relationships that deliver long-term value. Your ability to navigate complex organisations, influence stakeholders, and tailor solutions to client needs will be key to your success.

This is an office-based role with regular travel across your territory to meet clients and prospects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive new business sales and consistently exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within your territory
  • Develop strategic account plans to unlock growth
  • Build strong relationships through meetings, calls, and networking
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and write compelling proposals
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across locations
  • Own your sales pipeline and manage it for sustained success
  • Meet personal development goals aligned with company objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • A strong track record of selling to medium and large corporates
  • Experience in FMCG or consultative sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience, drive, and a proactive mindset
  • Commercially savvy with a self-starter attitude
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

If you’re a high-energy sales professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
