Qualifications

• A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.
• A minimum of 1500 hours on multi crew, glass cockpit or high performance military jet.
• 500 hours should be on one of the A320 Family.
• Flown any Airbus FBW within the last 12 months.
• Type rating on A320 should be valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining.
• ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL.
• Current on A320.
• Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.
• 50 years maximum age on date of joining.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the flight in compliance with the current flight plan and SOPs.
• Assist the Captain concerning any administrative duties.
• Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft.
• Maintain high personal standard of discipline and appearance.

What we offer

The role

• Conduct the flight in compliance with the current flight plan, SOPs and the Captain'sinstructions when the Captain is not at the controlsnotify him/herof any change to the current flight plan, ATC or geographical position upon their return.
• Assist the Captainas requested, concerning any administrative duties in relation to the flight
• Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining a continuous and independent check upon both the geographical position of the aircraft ensuring safe terrain and weather clearance
• Maintain high personal standard of discipline, conduct and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways at all times

What you’ll bring

To be considered, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.
• A minimum of 1500 hours on multi crew, glass cockpit (1)or high performance military jet.
• 500 hours should be on one of the A320 Family
• Flown any Airbus FBW within the last 12 months
• Type rating on A320 should be valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining.
• ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL. We do not accept Frozen ATPL unless held by a UAE citizen.
• Current on A320.
• Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.
• 50 years maximum age on date of joining.
• English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or better.
• In case of hours accumulatedon flights with inflight relief, 75% of the total hours shall be counted towards the required minimums.
