About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen fora Team Leader to join the Concierge team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring seamless coordination with Front Office, Transport, and Guest Relations teams.
  • Motivate and support concierge staff in delivering exceptional guest services and achieving departmental goals.
  • Conduct shift briefings to update the team on guest arrivals, VIPs, events, and special requests.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Jumeirah standards and protocols while maintaining strong property and local knowledge.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a guest-focused approach at all times.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.
