Located in the heart of Place Vendome, the Maison Chaumet is a major actor in the luxury sector and has been a symbol of Parisian jewelry excellence since its creation in 1780. With its exceptional knowledge passed down through generations, Chaumet’s history is intertwined with French history and the story of Empress Joséphine. Currently undergoing transformation and embracing modernity, Maison Chaumet is part of a global repositioning within the LVMH group, experiencing strong sales growth.

In this dynamic and challenging growth context, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Chaumet. You will represent the Maison by:

  1. Being an Ambassador of the Maison to all clients
    • Share the passion of over 240 years of history, with a culture of excellence and knowledge.
    • Bring the Chaumet Experience to life through warm, luxurious welcomes.
    • Offer a curated selection of pieces and assist clients in their purchasing process.
    • Play a key role in the selling ceremony, surprising and delighting clients.
    • Guide clients on an emotional journey, helping them discover the world of Chaumet.
  2. Contributing to the boutique’s commercial development
    • Achieve sales objectives to ensure the success of the boutique and team.
    • Develop the customer database through consulting, creating, and updating client files.
    • Build a future customer portfolio by developing relationships and expanding the client base.
    • Engage in clienteling activities, inviting clients and prospects to Maison events.
    • Prepare personalized selections for VIP clients’ visits based on the occasion.
  3. Participating in store operations and team life
    • Contribute to achieving collective targets by collaborating with colleagues.
    • Participate actively in team meetings, challenges, events, and activities.
    • Report and monitor performance indicators and customer feedback.
    • Ensure security, cashier procedures, and stock management guidelines are followed.
    • Support reporting and analysis for HQ, serving as a point of contact for client feedback.
    • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on window and internal displays.
    • Assist in stock-keeping and after-sales services.
Votre profil
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry sector.
  • Strong commercial spirit, goal-oriented, with a challenge-driven attitude.
  • Passionate about jewelry and Maison Chaumet.
  • Empathetic, attentive, and personable.
  • Business acumen, storytelling skills, and excellent communication in written and spoken English.
