A luxury hotel chain in Ajman is seeking a Cluster Assistant Learning & Development Manager. This role focuses on shaping the learning journey, leading comprehensive training programas, and managing development needs. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Hospitality or Human Resources and a minimum of 2 years in Learning & Development, preferably in a luxury brand. Strong coaching and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English.

As the Cluster Assistant Learning & Development Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of all colleagues across Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. This hands-on role manages all aspects of the learning cycle — delivering engaging training programs, maintaining accurate training records, and collaborating with leaders to identify development needs across both properties.
