Job summary
A global technology company is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in Dubai. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for Revenue roles and build strong talent pipelines across EMEA and the Americas. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of recruiting experience in fast-growing companies and possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Revenue (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success and Partner) and other roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines across multiple regions and time zones.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to shape role profiles, advise on global market conditions, and optimize hiring decisions.
- Represent Sana Commerce with energy — engaging candidates with our culture, mission, and international growth story.
- Improve how we recruit: enhance processes, refine sourcing strategies, and elevate the candidate experience.

- Based in Dubai or open to relocating, and eligible to work here.
