A leading recruitment firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle in the OIL/GAS industry. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, a Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR or Engineering, and immediate availability. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 3+ years experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) preferably in OIL/GAS Industry.
• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
• Screening candidates' resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
• Coordinating interviews.
• Providing recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Master/Bachelors Degree in HR or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in CV sourcing, talent acquisition and head hunting for OIL/GAS Industry.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Immediate joiners available in UAE preferred.
