Job description

Execute the recruitment process of available positions from sourcing to onboarding.

Ensure recruitment timelines are met with an on-time closure rate.

Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, handling high-volume open positions at a time without compromising quality.

Source candidates using Teamtailor, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referral networks.

Conduct initial screenings with attention to hospitality skills, grooming standards, customer service orientation, and experience relevance.

Maintain accurate applicant records and hiring status on Teamtailor.

Share weekly updates, including key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pass rates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and relevant Hiring Managers.

Align candidate profiles with operational team needs and ensure interview feedback is consolidated and actioned promptly.

Support managers with structured interview guides and evaluation scorecards.

Ensure timely communication and feedback for all applicants.
