Our client is a leading regional retail and distribution group is seeking an experienced Sales Director to be based in Dubai, UAE.
The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and optimising sales operations across all showroom locations, ensuring strong commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee sales operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage showroom sales teams.
- Ensure brand standards and elevate the customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, analyse competitor activity, and refine pricing and sales strategies.
- Manage overall showroom performance, including staffing, merchandising, and inventory coordination.
- Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in retail sales, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in the retail sector is essential.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple retail locations and leading large teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong command of English, Arabic is a plus.
