Job summary

A leading technology solutions company in Dubai is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead their enterprise sales organization. The role demands strong leadership in developing strategic sales initiatives across verticals such as Government, BFSI, and Healthcare. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of B2B sales experience and proven capabilities in managing key client relationships and building effective sales teams, with a strong focus on digital transformation in the UAE. This position is full-time, with no remote work option.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within the ICT industry, with 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Regional exposure in the GCC, preferably UAE.
  • Preferred certifications like PMP, CISSP, AWS, or relevant technology credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned with technology roadmap.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth across targeted verticals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and government stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-impact team of sales leaders.
