- Provide strategic guidance for new asset openings and redevelopments, supported by business cases and feasibility studies.
- Align leasing strategies with the organization's broader investment objectives and urban activation goals.
Market Intelligence and Deal Structuring
Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, benchmark performance, and capture strategic leasing opportunities.
- Structure complex leasing and joint venture agreements, ensuring optimal financial returns and risk management.
- Engage regularly with local and international market players, retail groups, and corporates to attract strategic tenants.
Cross-Sector Expertise: Office, Retail, Residential
Oversee and coordinate leasing strategies across these core asset classes, tailoring tactics and timelines for each.
- Implement sector-specific initiatives, such as programs for white-collar tenants in offices, curated retail experiences, and lifestyle-focused residential leasing models.
- Partner with finance and development teams to optimize pricing models, lease structures, and marketing incentives.
Public-Private Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement
Lead negotiations and develop partnerships with private and government entities to unlock alternative revenue streams and strategic alignments.
- Serve as the primary contact for leasing discussions with municipalities, regulators, and strategic partners.
Portfolio Strategy and Reporting
Contribute to business planning by forecasting leasing revenues, occupancy rates, and capital investment impacts.
- Prepare and present detailed leasing performance reports and strategic updates to senior management and investment committees.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or Executive Education preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in asset management, investment, or leasing within large-scale mixed-use environments.
- Proven track record in managing leasing across office, retail, and residential asset classes.
- Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating leasing deals and joint ventures with both public and private sectors.
- Strong financial modeling, feasibility assessment, and business case development capabilities.
