A global technology leader is seeking a marketing professional in Dubai to develop and implement retail strategies across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of experience in retail marketing, demonstrated analytical skills, and a strong understanding of sales practices in the consumer electronics domain. Responsibilities include driving in-store performance, developing training for Promoters, and optimizing retail placement strategies.

Refine the go-to-market strategy with regional teams, ensuring alignment with Samsung’s retail guidelines. Meetings with distributors and channel partners focus on capability building and enhancing in-store experiences through tailored Promoter training. Oversee incentive plans and talent retention strategies for the Field Force. Analyze retail data to identify trends, develop insights, and prepare actionable recommendations for management. Monitor Shelf Share in order to optimize in-store performance across the MENA region.
