Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and resultsdriven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing. This role requires expertise in digital strategy lead generation WordPress development SEO and datadriven campaign optimization to elevate our brand visibility and maximize conversions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms optimizing website performance and leveraging innovative tools to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop and implement datadriven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms to drive highquality real estate leads.
  • Optimize ad creatives, landing pages and lead capture forms using A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
  • Utilize audience segmentation, behavioral retargeting and AIpowered ad optimizations for maximum campaign performance.
  • Identify and explore new digital channels, programmatic advertising opportunities and automation tools to scale lead generation.
  • Website & SEO Management: Manage, customize and optimize WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor.
  • Improve website performance, speed and security ensuring best practices for SEO and user experience (UX).
  • Implement Google Tag Manager tracking pixels and UTM parameters for advanced analytics and campaign tracking.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness, ROI and costperlead (CPL).
  • Conduct regular performance audits and implement datadriven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Email & CRM Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation strategies (Mailchimp or similar).
  • Integrate CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce etc.) with digital marketing tools for seamless sales funnel automation.
  • Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of industry trends leveraging emerging technologies like chatbots, interactive ads and AIpowered marketing solutions.
  • Experiment with new digital marketing tactics to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.
