A mental health platform in the UAE is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its growth initiatives. You will work directly with the C-suite to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, manage a team, and oversee campaigns that drive conversion and trust. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, enjoys autonomy, and has proficiency in both English and Arabic. This position offers competitive salary and performance-based incentives, along with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and resourceful Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Nafsi’s growth and brand.
You’ll work directly with the C-suite to execute and scale Nafsi's marketing strategy across paid campaigns, organic channels, and storytelling that drives both conversions and trust. You'll oversee a team of marketing specialists (SEO, Meta, Content Creation) and work closely with the Business Development and Product team to execute the overall growth strategy.
