We are seeking an Assistant Villa Manager for a prestigious, UHNW household in Dubai. The critical role ensures the smooth operation of a high-end residence.

Working closely with the Villa Manager and Senior Hospitality Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of a sophisticated household that combines state-of-the-art infrastructure with refined service standards.

The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in private households, showcasing robust technical skills in SMART systems and a proven track record of elegant household management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Technical Oversight

- Monitor all villa systems: HVAC, lighting, AV, home automation, and security

- Coordinate external contractors for maintenance and repairs

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are impeccable

- Track energy usage and suggest efficiency upgrades

Luxury Hospitality & Service

- Support high-level service delivery for daily routines, guests, and special occasions

- Assist in event preparations and personalized guest experiences

- Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and F&B staff to uphold 5-star standards

Team Supervision & Development

- Lead and mentor household team members

- Support staff recruitment and onboarding

- Provide ongoing training in service etiquette, grooming, and standards

- Promote a respectful and service-driven culture

Administrative Support

- Manage household inventories and maintenance logs

- Oversee service schedules and procurement of supplies

- Assist in budgeting and reporting to Villa Manager

- Maintain up-to-date household manuals and SOPs

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or private residences

- Strong technical awareness of villa infrastructure and smart systems

- Experience leading or coordinating household staff

- Polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent

- UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE

- Fluent in English; other languages a plus

- Discreet, service-minded, and solution-oriented

- Professional appearance and high personal standards

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Property Management, or Engineering preferred

Candidates must have 'hands-on' experience in managing high-tech UHNW properties.
