Senior Duty Manager – Terminal Service Delivery

Overview : This role is crucial in ensuring seamless terminal operations at Dubai Airports, one of the world's busiest airports. The Senior Duty Manager oversees real-time operations both airside and landside, ensuring adherence to operational plans, managing incidents, and maintaining industry-leading standards.

Responsibilities :

• Lead terminal teams to deliver operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
• Proactively manage performance of service delivery members and partners.
• Ensure safety and security of all passengers and staff, with strict adherence to procedures.
• Manage communication protocols during incidents within the terminal.
• Identify and resolve staff, agency, airline, or passenger issues during shifts, sometimes outside normal operating parameters.

Requirements :

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4-6 years of experience in large operational environments with high customer volumes.
• Knowledge of aviation operations including terminals, passenger services, baggage, ramp, and airside operations.
