We are Hiring – Digital Marketing Expert

RAK Ports is undergoing a major transformation with the launch of SAQR 2.0

A next-generation industrial and maritime platform. To lead this journey online, we are hiring a highly capable digital marketing professional who can take full ownership of our digital voice, campaigns, and content (end to end).

This is a solo, hands-on role. You will not be managing a team. Instead, you’ll directly plan, create, and execute all digital activities yourself from strategy to visuals to reporting. If you enjoy full creative and technical ownership, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Own and deliver the full digital marketing roadmap across RAK Ports and SAQR 2.0
• Plan, manage, and optimize messaging, calendars, KPIs, and analytics

Social Media & Campaigns

• Lead all content and paid strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook
• Build brand presence, grow audience engagement, and amplify milestones

In-House Content Creation

• Capture and edit short videos, reels, and drone footage for daily and campaign use
• Design visuals for posts, presentations, and stakeholder decks (Adobe/Canva)

CRM Integration (Salesforce)

• Align campaigns with CRM workflows, lead funnels, and email automation
• Build marketing dashboards and performance trackers

Vendor Coordination

• Oversee two offshore partners for quick-turnaround design/media work when needed
• Ensure brand quality and cost-effectiveness without internal team management

Website & Analytics

• Manage RAK Ports’ websites (updates, UX, performance, mobile optimization)
• Use Google Analytics, Meta & LinkedIn Insights to report ROI and improve targeting

Who We’re Looking For

• Min 5+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B, ports/logistics/industrial zone preferred)
• Strong execution skills with zero dependency on internal teams
• Fluent in Adobe Suite, Canva, CMS tools, CRM (Salesforce), and video editing (CapCut/Premiere)
• Excellent English writing, brand tone awareness, and storytelling ability
• Self-starter mindset, able to balance strategy with execution
