A graduate with 5+ years of polished marketing experience in retail, FMCG, travel retail, or social enterprises. A stylish brand custodian and digital strategist with a flair for impactful campaigns and activations, deep UAE/GCC market insight, and the agility to thrive in Dubai’s fast-paced, growth-led ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across retail and travel retail channels.
  • Plan and execute 360° campaigns, including in-store activations, digital initiatives, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
  • Drive brand awareness and market expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and strong positioning across all touchpoints.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Lead social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee content planning, creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • Track performance using analytics and digital measurement tools.
  • Optimize campaigns with SEO/SEM, paid social, and performance marketing strategies.
Retail & Travel Retail Marketing
  • Design and execute marketing initiatives tailored for retail stores and travel retail environments.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to drive footfall, conversions, and customer loyalty.
  • Manage in-store branding, POS materials, and retail promotions.
Brand Partnerships & Activations
  • Lead collaborations, influencer tie-ups, co-marketing initiatives, and brand partnerships.
  • Plan and execute events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and activations to boost visibility.
  • Work with PR and media partners to amplify brand presence.
Content & Storytelling
  • Lead brand storytelling aligned with organizational vision and values.
  • Craft and review marketing copy for campaigns, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure messaging resonates with diverse target audiences across verticals.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal creative teams.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior management on marketing planning and reporting.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular insights and performance reports.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data, trends, and market feedback.
Key Requirements
Experience & Background
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, travel retail, or consumer-focused sectors.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing impactful campaigns, activations, and digital strategies.
  • Experience in UAE or GCC markets preferred.
  • Dubai-based.
Skills & Expertise
  • Expertise in social media marketing and analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and digital measurement tools.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships, collaborations, and events.
