Restaurant Manager – Dubai (1500 AED)
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage our busy restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including setting budgets, scheduling staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting profit goals.
We require a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be organized and have excellent communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including:
• Creating and managing budgets
• Scheduling staff
• Training and supervising staff
• Ensuring high standards of customer service
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Maximizing profits by controlling costs and analyzing sales figures
• Managing stock levels
• Implementing promotions and marketing strategies
