Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and online reputation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media analytics).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis is a plus.
