Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B or territory sales.
  • Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Experience managing small accounts and driving results.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Chinese and Russian a plus.
  • Current knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Source small business partners through cold calling and outreach.
  • Close deals and guide merchants from inquiry to impact.
  • Develop understanding of merchant revenue models.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts confidently.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Merchant Development teams for smooth transitions.
  • Expand the merchant portfolio in quality and scale.
