We have a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the team in Sales & Marketing. The successful applicant will have a strong track record in marketing and preferable experience in the hospitality industry/luxury customer service.

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Financial awareness with ability to work on budgets and ROI analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Fluency in Arabic would also be an advantage)
• Ability to multitask and manage projects with tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Understands the need for efficiency and organisation.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues/management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
• Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
• Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
• Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
• Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
• Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Always represent the hotel in a favourable light.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. The hotel is located within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri complex, on a one-kilometre stretch of private beach overlooking the strait that separates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland.
