A leading company in the Oil and Gas sector, KBR, is seeking an experienced HSE Team Lead for an Offshore Brownfield Construction Project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires significant experience, particularly in managing safety within high-value oil and gas projects. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and have extensive background in brownfield construction and HSE leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 17 years overall experience in Oil and Gas.
- Minimum 12 years in brownfield construction.
- At least 6 years on Artificial Offshore Island Facilities projects.
Responsabilités
- Lead the HSE team for offshore construction projects.
- Ensure safety compliance and risk management.
- Manage HSE procedures for mega construction projects.

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking to fill the position of HSE Team Lead for an Offshore Brownfield Construction Project, based in the Contractors Office.

Requirements:
- Minimum overall 17 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- At least 12 years of experience in brownfield construction activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working on Artificial Offshore Island Facilities projects (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on a mega oil and gas construction project (over US$ 1 Billion).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
