- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents.
- Drive sales growth by setting and monitoring goals and KPIs.
- Recruit, onboard and train new agents.
- Support agents in client meetings and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and advise on pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates and reinforce goals.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations.
- Drive sales growth by setting and monitoring individual and team goals, KPIs, and sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard and train new agents to ensure team strength and cohesion.
- Support agents in client meetings, negotiations, listings, and closings as needed.
- Monitor market trends and advise the team on pricing strategies and client approach.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, review performance, and reinforce company values and goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

- Holder of UAE Driving license + CAR
- Proven experience as a successful real estate agent and in a leadership or team management role.
