Job description

Responsibilities

• Ceramic Foreman / Supervisor (Casting) – Leads and supervises ceramic casting operations, including mold preparation, slip pouring, and curing processes. Ensures quality control team coordination and adherence to production schedules and safety standards.
• Robot Operator (Ceramic Industry) – Operates and monitors robotic systems used in ceramic production (e.g., casting, glazing, or handling). Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensures consistent operation aligned with production goals.
• Assistant Ceramic Caster – Supports the casting team in preparing molds, mixing slip, and assisting in the casting and demolding process. Helps maintain cleanliness, organizes materials, and ensures proper workflow under supervision.
