• Valid UAE driving license & at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in cleaning/service management.
• Ability to manage 20–80+ cleaners across several locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
• Ensure quality control and report KPI to management.
• Supervise cleaning teams and manage client communication.

Skills

Knowledge of Russian & English languages, С1

Strong understanding of professional cleaning processes

Proficiency in PC usage and reporting

Organizational skills and proactivity
