Job summary
A leading service provider in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions for Babysitting, Nanny, and Housekeeping services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support via phone and chatbot, promoting services, and managing scheduling. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or tele sales role. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Tele Sales, BPO, or Call Centre environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
