Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of current wiring regulations and JCIA standards.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Ensure safe and efficient water and drainage delivery.
- Read plans and technical diagrams.

Tools
To install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of water and drainage in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, and pipefitting.
- Proficient in reading plans and technical diagrams.
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Knowledge in using woodworking tools and machinery.
A relevant technical diploma or trade certificate from an internationally accredited institution.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Building management systems and lighting control systems.
- Knowledge of current wiring regulations.
- Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards.
