We are currently hiring for a Manager-Product Development for our esteemed client, a leading financial services / banking institution based in Dubai.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our client’s liability product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, designers, and analysts, to define and execute product strategies that align with their business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Support in Strategic Planning and Product Development:
• Assist the Senior Manager in developing strategies and plans for NBC's products and services.
• Support in formulating business propositions tailored to various customer segments.
• Align execution activities with NBC's financial and strategic goals.
Assist in Pricing Strategy and Implementation:
• Support the recommendation and execution of pricing strategies.
• Ensure pricing structures are implemented effectively and align with market and legal standards.
Support in Business Opportunities and Forecasting:
• Help evaluate potential opportunities to enhance product/service offerings.
• Assist in forecasting demand and providing relevant data for decision-making.
Channel Expansion and Marketing Coordination:
• Work with the Senior Manager and Marketing to propose ideas that improve customer service delivery.
• Support initiatives aimed at optimizing the marketing mix.
Innovation and Compliance:
• Provide input on innovative product ideas and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for Sharia review.
• Assist in managing regulatory and compliance processes for new products.
Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives guided by the Senior Manager.
