The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of sales experience, primarily in the UAE, and a strong customer network in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include selling key digital services and managing customer relationships effectively. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Overview

Job Title: Sales Manager; Location: Dubai, UAE. (Candidates currently in India with prior experience in Dubai or currently in Dubai) Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred (15 days).


Key Responsibilities


  • Sell Salesforce, ServiceNow, and digital offerings to new and existing customers in the UAE region

  • Take ownership of sales numbers and be responsible for individual sales performance

  • Conduct sales meetings and account mapping independently

  • Work remotely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Develop and maintain relationships with large customers, with a minimum SOW of USD 250k

  • Focus on real estate customers, utilizing your industry knowledge and network


Requirements


  • 7-10 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years of onsite experience in the UAE region

  • Strong network of customers in the UAE, particularly in the real estate sector

  • Experience in working with large customers and managing complex sales deals

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • UAE driving license and owned car preferred
