In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies targeted toward hotels, restaurants and caterers (HORECA) while establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients. Your expertise in meat products along with your sales acumen will be critical to driving growth and achieving sales targets within this niche market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance meat product offerings in the HORECA sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in hotels, restaurants and catering companies.
• Conduct product presentations and tastings to showcase the quality and versatility of raw and processed meat products.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and client preferences to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics to senior management.
