To ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service while maintaining quality assurance procedures. The key responsibilities include promptly and accurately handling all orders and inquiries, and working towards the department’s performance targets.

1. Customer Service

• Taking telephone orders and inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date price list used for every order/enquiry.
• Entering direct sales and consignment stock orders and processing consignment returns.
• Preparing and issuing credit notes.
• Updating sales order schedules and liaising with customers, account managers, and works personnel regarding delivery requirements.
• Checking, resolving, and advising on order progress procedures.

• Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues within and outside the department.

Must have: Bachelor's degree, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, good communication skills, ability to manage workload, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, good organizational skills, and experience in a similar role.
