Job summary
A leading logistics firm in the UAE is seeking a Logistic Coordinator cum Document Controller to handle logistics coordination and document control for maritime and project operations. Ideal candidates will have 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and a minimum of 5 years in both logistics coordination and document control. The role includes reviewing shipment materials, managing vessel activities, and ensuring proper documentation management.
Qualifications
- 12 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics coordination.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a document controller.
Responsibilities
- Handle logistics coordination and document control for maritime and project operations.
- Review shipment materials and collaborate with transportation systems.
- File and archive relevant documentation and control project documents.

- Reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.
- Communicate with MUB marine and arrange the vessel activities daily.
- Filing and archiving relevant documentation, Controlling the Documents through the Project.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
